All businesses receiving a recommendation to be listed on RecUguide will be notified of their inclusion by email or post or telephone.

You agree that RecUguide will not be held responsible for non-receipt of notification due to the actions of 3rd parties, including but not limited to businesses or organisations providing electronic communication, postal services and telecommunication services. Information contained on RecUguide in relation to any other business, including business contact name, business name, business address, business telephone number, business email, business website address, may not have been independently verified. It is the responsibility of the business owner/s to ensure all information contained in their listing is accurate.

Registered users

Each registered user may only make one complaint about a single business. Where the same registered user makes more than one complaint about a single business, via RecUguide, only one complaint will be recorded on the business listing.

Recommendations & complaints

A recommendation or complaint about a business will be considered legitimate if submitted by a registered customer to reflect their personal experience as a result of engaging the services of the business concerned. RecUguide will endeavour to ensure all recommendations or complaints are legitimate but will not be held responsible for the legitimacy of any such recommendations or complaints.

RecUguide displays the number of recommendations and complaints and, when available, the results of a mystery shop. However all data displayed is made available on the basis of information only. It is the responsibility of customers to judge whether to engage the services of a business displayed on RecUguide.
